~8 To The Date~, No Fine Print, No Hidden Fees.

Consultation- The first step into building a relationship with your Wedding Planner.  During this meeting we will get to know one another, all the frilly details of your love story, your dream wedding day, and all of your concerns!  By the end of this Consultation meeting we will begin building the all-important Wedding Day Timeline, and Checklist.  If you need additional Vendor Referrals at this time, we are happy to provide them! (approx. 3 hours)

8 Weeks Out- A meeting will take place at your Wedding Venue.  At this point you can expect weekly updates, vendor confirmations, and a streamlined Wedding Day Timeline.  (approx. 3 hours)

Wedding Week- We are here whenever you need us!  During your wedding week please do not hesitate to contact us with any last minute concerns; it is what we are here for.  During this time we will follow up with all vendors to make sure everyone is all set and on their mark for the big day!

Rehearsal- Depending on the size of your Wedding Party one or two planners will be at your Rehearsal.  During this time we will get to know your Wedding Party, encouraging them, directing them, and instructing them so that there are no worries, only smiles when the real show is ready to begin. (approx. 3 hours)

Your Big Day- Enjoy & Relax!  Leave all of the details to us.  You can expect us to be on location from the first key event to the last.  This is your day, leave the work to us. (approx. 8 hours)

Personalized Wedding Website FREE with all “8 To The Date” Packages!  A Personalized Wedding Website will be put together just for you and your Groom.  This site will include all important Wedding Details, Gift Registry links, and Accommodation Information for out of town guests!

~Design Consultation- Has your creativity come to a halt?  Or are you seeking clarification on trends, and couture designs for the current Wedding Season?  Give us a call!  We will set up an appointment that will have you walking out the door confident and exhilarated over your personal wedding design plans!  One on One Morning or Afternoon Consultation Session (approx. 4 Hours $199)

~Creative Production- Running out of time to get those invitations put together?  Or have you taken on a DIY project that has become unbearable?  Leave it to us!  We will tackle the task.  Price depending on project size and quantity.

~Hourly Consultations- Concerned about etiquette?  Having a little trouble finding logic in your Wedding Day logistics?  Baffled with your budget?  We are happy to help!  Personal hourly consultations are available for ($45/hour.)
